# How to Sign-Up

Getting started on [PRED](https://pred.app) is effortless! All you need is an email, or a social account, or a crypto wallet.\

Our onboarding is powered by **Privy**, which handles secure authentication and wallet creation under the hood. No extensions. No seed phrases. Just click and trade.

### Email or Google Sign-Up <a href="#email-or-google-sign-up" id="email-or-google-sign-up"></a>

Signing up for PRED with your email address or Google account is quick, simple, and secure.&#x20;

When you log in for the first time, **Privy** automatically generates a **secure, non-custodial wallet** linked to your account so you can start trading immediately without any blockchain setup.

Your wallet is **fully yours**:

* You control the keys.
* PRED can never access your funds.
* You can export or connect this wallet to other Web3 tools later.

#### Crypto Wallet Sign-Up&#x20;

PRED supports most crypto wallets, including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and others via WalletConnect.

#### How it works:

1. Select Connect Wallet during sign-up.
2. Approve the connection request in your wallet.
3. Your wallet address becomes your PRED identity.

#### Notes:

* No email is required
* Your wallet acts as your login credential.
* If you have MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet browser extensions installed but wish to connect using their mobile apps, you’ll need to disable the extensions in your browser settings and reload PRED.
